Just me
My only complaint is the wait in the office prior to seeing the doctor. I have seen him on 3 different occassions and had to wait more than 1 hr. to actually be seen by him, on EVERY visit. I think the nurses in the back are disorganized and not keeping the appts. straight for the doctor. Additionally, when I asked how much longer it would be before the doc saw me, the nurse looked at me like I was being difficult. No apologies were offered for the delay. So, all in all, the front office staff is great and Dr. Majak is great...it's just the wait and the borderline "rudeness" and disorganization of the back office personnel.
